Thank you for your interest in Cornerstone Christian School. As you review our website, we hope you will become as excited about CCS as we are. We truly want to be a blessing and an encouragement to parents who desire quality, Christ-centered education for their children.
CCS utilizes the A Beka curriculum, published by Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Florida, as our main teaching source. Its content is both Christ-centered and challenging! Other curriculum used consists of classes or materials from Bob Jones University Press, Positive Action for Christ, and the School of Tomorrow. We also hold a 30-minute Chapel service each week on Wednesday.

In accordance with the teachings of the Word of God, this institution will be committed to following these fundamental principles:
1. We believe in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as verbally inspired by God and inerrant in the original writings, and that they are the only supreme and final authority in faith and practice.
2. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

About Cornerstone Christian School |

In early 1995, a small group of concerned Christian parents united to pursue starting a Christian school in the Roanoke Valley area. After months of hard work, prayer, and planning, Cornerstone Christian School opened its doors with 32 students on August 26, 1996. CCS is an independent, nondenominational Christian school which currently operates at 413 Washington Avenue in Weldon, NC.
